Faulty Product

Standard warranty period is 5 days for a faulty product.

We will provide a replacement or a store credit in such scenario. You need to notify us in a timely manner at or

We will happily provide a replacement item or a refund if the item you have received is faulty and you notify us within the above timeframe.

Replacements are not given for damaged packaging, we can only replace goods that are faulty on arrival.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe there is an issue, so we can resolve it for you!

Incorrect Items

If you have recieved an incorrect item please contact “” within 48 hours of the receipt of the product. 

  • We will dispatch the new item at no additional cost
  • Additional shipping cost will be credited as a store credit to make up for a loss of a “reverse” shipping.

It is mandatory for a customer to provide us a pictures of an incorrect item so we can process it from our end. It is also necessary to pack and ship the item back to us. Upon receipt of the “incorrect item”, we will send you a new item.

In the worst case scenario, costumes joy will provide a full refund


For following conditions we do not accept return/ refund request

We cannot accept returns for

  • Customized items specially made for you
  • Bulk orders that we have specially ordered in from our suppliers at your request.
  • Items that have been damaged by makeup when trying on – please remove your makeup first!
  • Items that have been altered in any way.
  • Items that are worn or dirty or torn

We do not accept returns for the following items unless faulty

  • Underwear
  • Hosiery

The following items cannot be returned unless in sealed, unopened packaging and it has not been tried:

  • Wigs, beards or moustaches
  • Pierced earrings
  • Makeup
  • Eyelashes
  • Fangs or novelty teeth
  • Prosthetics
  • Tattoos
  • Pet costumes and accessories
Change of Order Details

No refund is allowed in case if you change your mind and the order is processed for shipping. Refund in such scenario is not possible

In case, if the order is still not processed

  • Additional cost should be paid if the new product has a higher price tag
  • Store credit will be provided if the new product has a lower price tag

Address change

Address change is accepted at no additional cost provided

  • Address change request is made before order is processed for the shipping
  • Address is from a same company

If address is of a different country, we may charge additional cost depending on the courier availability.

Order Cancellation Charges

  • 20% of Product Price + Shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, if your order was delivered to the given address.
  • 15% of Product price + shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, if your product was shipped but not yet delivered.
  • 10% of product price will be deducted from the refund, if your order was in the process not yet Shipped.
  • Refund will be issued within a week once you get the refund confirmation email.


  • In case of any issue that arises during the refund period, it might take 2 weeks to process the refund.
  • In case of Fast shipping you’ll be charged $14.99.
  • In case of FREE shipping you’ll be charged $9.99.
